Deposits
Deposits are used to secure your booking and are generally non-refundable and non-transferable if a booking is cancelled.
However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen, and Management may consider a refund or credit for a future stay on a case-by-case basis.
Peak time bookings:
Guests are permitted to cancel for one (1) year, with the option of rebooking the same accommodation for the following year. If a cancellation has occurred two (2) years in a row the booking will become available to other guests.
Guests must rebook and pay the deposit for the following year during their stay, before leaving the park.
Christmas:
Bookings are allocated in week blocks, except for our first block which is from 26 December to the first Saturday.
Final payment is due on 10 November; a reminder email will be sent to you. If not paid by 17 November, the booking will be cancelled.
Easter: Final payment is due on 1 March: a reminder email will be sent to you. If payment is not received by 8 March, the booking will be cancelled.
